Chief Marketing Officer

A lifetime management & strategy consultant with fundamental experience in execution of large-scale change and transformation programmes turned into a startup-entrepreneur and marketing professional.

Specialized in post-merger integration, business transformation and regulatory compliance in financial services, with broad knowledge of strategic planning, process reengineering, change management and training. Designed, established and managed a group-wide PMO Center of Excellence.

Niclas Nilsson

Founder & CEO

A serial entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Capnovum with an expertise of over 20 years in financial services and an adviser to boards of financial institutions.

Co-authored a chapter in “The RegTech Book” on Islamic RegTech, a global panellist on the topic of RegTech, AI and Innovation. Tutoring programmes on RegTech and Islamic Finance.

A business strategist with over 30 years experience in the Financial Services industry, with a keen focus on business transformation.

Successfully led the design and execution of strategic change programs in global banks as well as advising a number of start-ups.

Janos Barberis

Advisor

An academic deal-maker with an unrivalled entrepreneurial spirit, founder of the global FinTech startup-ecosystem and investor.

He has an established track record in the FinTech Industry (named 32nd Most Powerful Dealmaker globally, Institutional Investors, 2018) and in academia (13th legal scholar in the world, SSRN, 2018). Trained over 100,000 people in the last 4 years through online courses (x2), books (x3) and academic papers (5) in order to raise market awareness on FinTech & Regtech. He was on the FinTech board of the WEF and SFC.
